GraceWork Market Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

1. Independent GraceWorkers

All services booked through GraceWork Market are provided by independent service providers (“GraceWorkers”).
GraceWorkers are not employees, agents, or representatives of GraceWork Market (operated by EverLight LLC).

By booking a service, you acknowledge that GraceWork Market facilitates the connection between you and the GraceWorker but does not supervise or guarantee the services provided.


2. Payment and Fees

All payments processed through GraceWork Market are securely handled through Stripe.
Payments may include:

  • Stripe Processing Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (subject to change).
  • GraceWork Market Platform Fee: 1.99% of the service amount, which supports the operation and ministry of GraceWork Market.

By booking, you authorize these fees as part of the total transaction.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Deposit Policy

  • Any deposit paid at booking (such as a standard $25 deposit) becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled service or event date.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 2 days before the event, the Buyer is eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

b. Full Refund Grace Period

  • Buyers who cancel within 24 hours of the original booking (not the event date), and more than 2 days before the event, are entitled to a full refund.

c. Final Payment Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service or “no-show” may result in a charge of 50% of the total service amount, at the GraceWorker’s discretion, to cover preparation and opportunity costs.

d. Rescheduling

  • Buyers requesting to reschedule more than 2 days before the scheduled date may transfer their deposit to the new booking, subject to the GraceWorker’s availability.
  • Reschedule requests within 2 days of the scheduled date may require a new deposit.

4. Responsibility for Service

Service quality, timeliness, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the GraceWorker providing the service.

GraceWork Market is not liable for:

  • The outcome or quality of services rendered.
  • Any disputes, injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from services booked through the platform.

Buyers agree to communicate directly with the GraceWorker regarding service arrangements.


5. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking on GraceWork Market, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms and Cancellation Policies.
  • You accept that all services are performed independently by GraceWorkers.
  • You are bound by the GraceWork Market Terms and Conditions.
